Ken Hope, founder and principal, brings over 40 years of wide ranging legal and conflict resolution experience to the field of ADR.

Since its founding in 2010 Ken has acted as a neutral in more than 375 cases, providing ADR services to more than 100 individual attorneys and law firms throughout the state of Colorado whose clients presented a divergent set of issues that needed resolution. Many of those attorneys and law firms continue to designate Ken as their mediator of choice on an ongoing basis.

With both private practice background in litigation and transactional forums and experience as vice-president and in-house counsel to a regional specialty wood products company, Ken offers the problem solving, collaborative and evaluative skills necessary to maximize the opportunity for resolution that the parties deserve. As a neutral, Ken strives to:

• Assist the parties in re-engineering the conflict into a negotiable format
• Convert positions into identifiable interests
• Identify and minimize irrelevant and roadblock issues
